Refund policy

Returns
We fully comply with Long Distance Selling rules, however our goods are perishable and as such are exempt from being returned, however should you have any problems with your order of are unhappy in any way with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll always do our best to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.

Claims for Items damaged or not received:
On the rare occasion that an item is not received, we will be more than happy to assist you.
All items are double checked before dispatch, and packaged securely in full accordance with Royal Mail guidelines for the transit of fragile items, however, once they leave us, they are at the mercy of postal handlers, and should your order reach you in any less than perfect condition, please let us know, at which time we'll be more than happy to help rectify the situation. PLEASE RETAIN CONTENTS AND POSTAL BOX / PACKAGING as clear PHOTOGRAPHS of both may be required in order to progress any claim on your behalf.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We do our utmost to ensure your order is correct, however if we've made an error, we'll promptly exchange / replace items at no cost to the customer. However, we do not offer an exchange option under any other circumstances. If you have any queries concerning exchanges, please contact us at sales@RobinsandSons.com BEFORE returning any items.
If we require items to be returned, we insist that you use a trackable means of delivery, including obtaining a 'Proof of postage' receipt - issued free of charge at any Post Office. Once the returned item has been received, any postage costs incurred by the customer will be refunded.
