Shipping policy

All orders are shipped using either Royal Mail (1st or 2nd Class post), or an alternative courier service - to be advised at time of dispatch. We reserve the right to change designated courier companies without notice.

Estimated shipping times (please be advised these services carry delivery 'aims' only and are NOT guaranteed delivery schedules):

Royal Mail 1st Class - 1-2 WORKING days (does not include weekends or bank holidays)

Royal Mail 2nd Class - 3 WORKING days (does not include weekends or bank holidays)

Guaranteed delivery schedules - Royal Mail offer 'Guaranteed Delivery Services by 9am or 1pm', should you require this service, please get in touch and we'll be happy to arrange a quote for you.
