Our seasonally shaped, slender bar of milk chocolate is encrusted with crunchy salted caramel pieces and flakes of sea salt from the Mediterranean island of Gozo.
During a trip to this tiny island, we discovered that not only is it still traditionally harvested from salt flats, channelled out of the rocky coastline during Roman times, but it contrasts perfectly with our creamy Belgian milk chocolate!

MILK chocolate (98%): 33.6% cocoa solids min, MILK solids 21.8% min, sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithins, natural vanilla flavouring. Salted caramel chips (2%): glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed MILK, salted BUTTER. Sea salt (<1%).
